Over 300 new 'Nazca Lines' geoglyphs in Peru have been uncovered by AI technology. A team led by Masato Sakai used an AI tool to nearly double the known figures in just 6 months. The geoglyphs, some over 2,000 years old, depict various motifs and are thought to serve functions such as astronomy, agriculture, or art. The AI's ability to reveal these difficult-to-spot artworks marks a significant leap for archaeology.
